About Our CEO
Ari Sam Disraelly joined the Navy at 17, just four days after graduating high school. After his service, he studied computer science while working in the public sector—as a CPR instructor for Professional Rescuers, firefighter, and 911 dispatcher. Combining his passion for helping others with his tech skills, Sam founded Your Tech Department, LLC to be a Managed IT Department, a one-stop tech solution for small businesses and non-profits.
Coming from a family with a strong legacy in technology and community service, his parents ran d'SAR Company, a technical consulting firm that created some of the first software to track Manhattan real estate in the 1970s.

Provides high-level support to clients, and the executive team by managing projects, schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence and reports, and handling confidential information. Often assists with key research to support decision-making.
Hillel Disraelly

As a senior executive with 50+ years of experience in building and managing technical services and helping clients, Hillel serves as a key advisor to all executives on the team. Hillel also heads up several key internet related departments, including Domain Name and Hosting operations.
